To that end, these responsibilities include but are not limited to: Responsibilities:Operate manufacturing equipment that produces oriented strand board (OSB) Operate forklifts and other mobile equipment to manage product flowPerform regular preventive maintenance and clean-up on equipmentWork safely and effectively in a team environmentProblem-solve and troubleshoot equipment and issues on a regular basisInvolvement in ongoing process improvement in the work areaComplete shift paperwork and recordkeepingAttend team meetings and regular training sessionsOther duties as assignedQualifications and Requirements:Eligible to legally work in the United StatesHigh School diploma or equivalent educationWilling and able to work a 12-hour rotating schedule which will include weekends and holidaysAbility to work as part of a team and deliver value to the teamWillingness and ability to cross-train to learn new jobs and skillsBenefits and Perks: $20/hr Health, Dental, Vision & 401K Weekly pay Your New Organization:Play a critical role in our client’s company when you become a Production Technician.
