**Position: Production Technician** **Schedule:** Monday-Friday, 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM **Pay Rate:** $21/hour **Status:** Temp-to-Perm **Overtime:** Mandatory **Position Overview:** We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Production Technician to join our team. This role involves performing a variety of tasks, with a primary focus on machining ceramic parts. You will receive comprehensive training for each specific process and work closely under the guidance of the Team Lead. **Key Responsibilities:** + Operate and maintain tools such as sanding, grinding, milling, sawing, and measuring equipment to meet customer specifications. + Handle and load ceramic powder into elastomeric tooling for processing into semi-densified parts. + Follow in-house work instructions and adhere to all safety and quality standards. + Assist with other projects or tasks as needed in different areas of the shop. **Qualifications:** + Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. + Willingness to learn and perform various production processes. + Flexibility to assist in other areas of the shop as required. + Background check is mandatory. **Pay Details:** $21.00 per hour Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
