Jones Stephens is currently seeking a Product Technician to join our team!
ResponsibilitiesPerform welding procedures by interpreting written blueprints.Repair, adjust, and maintain production equipment, machinery, or instruments to ensure that it functions reliably and aligns with process specificationsEnsure the manufacture of products in planned quantities, at budgeted cost, and of desired qualitySome duties may include packing, wrapping, securing, or labeling containersRecognize and report any problems or deficiencies in the production process to managementAssist with installation and qualification of production equipmentSupport safety programs, policies and practices that foster a safe work environmentMay assist with planning shipping from the manufacturing locationWork on production assembly throughout the manufacturing processParticipates in associate meetings and communicates any concerns to managementQualificationsStrong interpersonal skills and ability to prioritize workload appropriately in order to balance multiple demands and meet timelines as requiredEffectively use standard hand tools (hammer, pliers, screwdriver, etc.)Knowledge of OSHA safety procedures preferredComfortable standing for extended periods, walking, bending, and/or squattingAbility to carry objects up to 30 lbs by hand and perform repetitive movementContinued focus on improving system efficiencies and business practices.Attention to detail, demonstrated integrity and professionalismAt Jones Stephens, we care for each other. $15.00 - $21.89-
Estimated Ranges displayed are Monthly for Salaried roles OR Hourly for all other roles.

This role is Bonus or Incentive Plan eligible.
