Job Title: Production Technician

Job location : Peenya, Bangalore

 

Role description 

Needs to Perform a variety of equipment operating and adjusting duties such as assembling, mixing, cleaning, welding, bonding, inspecting, testing, labeling, packaging, etc. Fabricate and process products to meet high quality specifications following prescribed procedures.Working from verbal and written instructions may use a variety of equipment including welders, hot air guns, scales, bonders, fillers, simple test equipment and other related supplies. May use measuring instruments to ensure conformance to specified tolerance disassembles precision assemblies and corrects malfunctions. Makes accept/reject decisions, taking corrective action where possible.

Job Requirements

Identify unsafe Conditions/unsafe Behaviors and report to Team Lead.Follow the respective SOPs while doing production.Convert the given raw materials to Finished goods by use of respective SOPsAdhere to usage of PPE while doing production.Achieve RFT.Follow the Company rules and policies as applicable to work area.Identify areas of improvement (Kaizen) in their work area.Adherence to standard hours and try to continuously improve the same.Work on Self-development plan in discussion with team lead.
