Production Technician/Assembly Associate
We are currently seeking a dedicated and skilled **Production Technician/Assembly Associate** to join our client’s team in Brunswick, Maine. In this role, you will be responsible for assembling high-quality, reusable wall systems while ensuring efficiency and precision. If you have a strong work ethic, experience in a manufacturing environment, and are comfortable working with hand tools, we want to hear from you! **Key Responsibilities:** + Perform various production tasks, including assembly, machine operation, packing, and inspection. + Assemble high-quality, reusable wall systems according to specifications. + Use hand tools and other equipment to complete assembly tasks. + Inspect finished products for quality assurance. + Lift, push, and pull 50 lbs. consistently. + Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment. **Qualifications:** + High School Diploma or equivalent required. + Prior experience in a manufacturing environment preferred. + Familiarity with hand tools and basic assembly procedures. + Ability to lift/push/pull 50 lbs. consistently. + Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. + Reliable and punctual, with a strong work ethic. **What We Offer:** + Competitive hourly pay of $20 per hour. + Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM schedule. + Opportunity to work with a dedicated team in a dynamic manufacturing environment.
