Production Technician Associate Requisition Id: 377191 Business Unit: LTL Location: Searcy, AR, US, 72143 **What you’ll need to succeed as a Production Technician Associate at XPO** Minimum qualifications: + Able to work in a team environment + Able to read, understand, and follow job orders and work procedures + Good communication skills + A high degree of skill and assembling techniques **About the Production Technician Associate job** Pay, benefits and more: + Shift: Monday – Thursday, 6:00am – 4:30pm, occasional Fridays + Full health insurance benefits are available on day one + Life and disability insurance + Earn up to 13 days PTO over your first year + 9 paid company holidays + 401(k) option with company match + Education assistance + This is a Motor Carrier Act Exempt position What you’ll do on a typical day: + Identify and perform repetitive assembly of various trailer component parts using blueprints or work instructions + Use various measuring and inspection instruments, power tools, and hand tools in a safe manner + Recommend measures to improve production methods, equipment performance and quality standards + Organize parts and equipment to maximize efficiency within the department + Maintain a professional demeanor and communicate in a respectful and collaborative manner + Follow directions and be adaptable to changing conditions and expectations + Collaborate and support other members of the company + Maintain punctual and reliable attendance + Demonstrate the company’s core values and comply with all company policies and procedures + Perform other duties as assigned by management Production Technician Associates are required to: + Follow safety rules and work in a safe manner + Perform work in a manufacturing environment and work outside, if necessary + Perform fine manipulations of parts with fingers + Safely walk, reach (including above head), bend, climb, push, pull, twist, squat and kneel in strained and awkward positions for prolonged periods + Lift up to 50 pounds + Use both close vision and depth perception **About XPO** XPO is a top ten global provider of transportation services, with a highly integrated network of people, technology and physical assets.
