Production Technician - Blending

Job Description

We are recruiting a Blending Production Technician within our manufacturing facility in Milton Keynes. We are welcoming applications from candidates across a broad range of experience levels.

All work must be performed in accordance with current GMP (Good Manufacturing Practise) and local SOP's (Standard Operating Procedures).  Attention to detail is critical for this role.

Responsibilities:

Producing sterile products using good aseptic procedures in a clean room environmentPerforming both daily environmental monitoring and routine monitoring for the buildingFollow SOP and Batch paperwork instructions for completion of job tasksParticipate in one or more of the Safety assessments for COSHH (Control of Substances Hazardous to Health), Risk assessments or Manual handling (Training will be given)To be flexible to Business needs, train and work in other areas as requiredSupport cleaning requirements in the AreaTo maintain safe working practices at all times

Qualifications:

GCSE/A level ( or equivalent), with an interest in a scientific fieldExperience in a manufacturing environmentUnderstanding of product quality, for example: demonstrated through Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP)Evidence of excellent attention to detail and ability to follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOP)Good level of written and spoken EnglishCleanroom experience desirable
