If you're ready to roll up your sleeves and be part of something big, apply now and let's build a better tomorrow together! **What you will do:** + Assist in problem-solving and improvement initiatives across departments + Verify alignment of engine components using schematics and part prints + Inspect parts and materials for quality defects + Conduct audits and quality inspections to address known defects + Handle shipping, receiving, and invoice verification for inventory accuracy + Ensure received and delivered materials meet quality standards + Organize parts for warehouse storage or assembly area delivery + Operate forklifts and tuggers for material movement + Efficiently deliver and remove materials + Submit and support resolution of C.P.S. Continuous Improvement cards + Adhere to standard operating procedures and area-specific instructions + Provide process information to supervisors and managers + Occasionally participate in training and development for the quality department + Perform any other assigned duties **What you will have:** + Minimum of 1 year in prior logistics/manufacturing workplace + Must have the ability to work well with others + Attention to detail + Experience in operating a sit-down forklift + Intermediate computer skills + Ability to read, write, and communicate in English + Ability to research inventory, locate material, and perform inventory transactions + Ability to confidently perform a defect walk back, familiar with facility layout, and can reconcile inventory tracking system + Ability to read pick lists, comprehension of the concepts of standard work + Ability to perform transactional data entries in accordance with standard work **What would make you a top candidate:** + Previous manufacturing/operations experience + Previous experience with Standard Operating Procedures or Standard Work. + Strong customer service/contact experience, communication, multi-tasking, interpersonal and organizational skills + 2 years' experience in logistics/supply chain + Capable of working independently + Strong verbal and written communication skills + Strong analytical skill **Physical Requirements:** + Ability to sit or stand for prolonged periods of time + Ability to perform repetitive operations + Ability to lift up to 35 lbs. _We are committed to ensuring a supportive and accommodating work environment for all employees.
