Responsibilities 3rd Shift: 11:00 pm – 7:00 am - Sunday through Friday morning Starting Pay $21.38/hr + $1.00 Shift Differential = $22.38/hr Pay Grade HR130 Now hiring for a Production Technician I at our Cranberry, PA manufacturing plant. The responsibilities of this position are primarily to: Assemble and test (including set-up), moderately complex instruments and/or sub-assemblies requiring wiring and soldering. Produce customized instruments to customer specifications (assemble to order). Package and ship instruments according to OMS instructions. Perform visual inspections and minor repairs and rework. Complete and maintain relevant paperwork and input information in computer system. Ability to: read and understand drawings, work instructions and test procedures. understand standard units of measure and set-up and interpret results of various measuring devices. frequently stand in a stationary position. lift, carry, push and pull up to 30 pounds without assistance. perform work that requires magnification. use power and hand tools, custom tooling and to operate a pallet jack. effectively communicate with various levels within the organization including training of new associates and temporary agency assignments. work independently with minimal supervision, and prioritize and organize work. work in a team environment. wear ANSI Z87 approved safety glasses and other PPE as required per Job Safety Analysis. Must attain ability to perform SAP transactions. Strong manual dexterity for use of tools and performing work on small components requiring fine finger manipulation and hand steadiness. Operate at a level that meets or exceeds quality and productivity standards for the work area. Willingness to work on various product groups and work flexible shifts. Qualifications Education and Experience Required: High School Diploma or equivalent Minimum 3 months electronics manufacturing or other related experience Education and Experience Preferred: Past soldering experience Able to use excel and understand how to interpret numbers / decimals #LI-MI1 #LI-Onsite
