The Production Technician I (Solution/Buffer Prep) position, within the Manufacturing Support Organization, will be responsible for formulating solutions needed for Manufacturing. This role requires an individual who is safety oriented and has a strong compliance mindset.

 

Fujifilm Diosynth Biotechnologies, U.S.A., Inc. is seeking a Production Technician I (Solution/Buffer Prep). The successful canidate will formulate solutions to support Manufacturing.

MAJOR ACTIVITIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Hours are 12 hr rotating shift must be able to work flexible work hours and be willing to work outside normal, scheduled hours as neededAble to lift or move 50lb. Over 50lbs require 2 personnel to moveDocument and maintain activity records according to cGMP regulationsFollow CGMP documentation to formulate solutions in ManufacturingPerform Pas-x transactions (i.e. Create stock, perform identity checks, etc)Perform proper documentation of each task associated with execution (i.e. Production Records, Logs and Status tags)Working in a cleanroom. Performing Aseptic technique during solution formulationsCollaborate with team members to ensure quality solutions are formulated with minimal corrections and/or deviationsPerformance of benchtop and equipment process testing, including, however not limited to (pH, conductivity, and visual inspections)

 

ORGANIZATIONAL STRUCTURE:

This position reports to the Production Manager and has no direct reports.

 

Required Education, Experience and Skills – Minimum Requirements:

High School Diploma or equivalentBioWorks certificate or at least 1 year experience preferredAbility to safely lift 50lbAbility to ascend or descend mezzanine on a constant basics
