Accountabilities & Responsibilities:

Adheres to Integer’s Values and all safety, environmental, security and quality requirements including, but not limited to: Quality Management Systems (QMS), Safety, Environmental and Security Management Systems, U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) regulations, company policies and operating procedures, and other regulatory requirements.

Obtain certification on the key operations of the designated area.

Manage new hire onboarding to production in their designated area.

Review training versatility with production leaders and build a training plan to provide adequate cover.

Provide annual re-qualifications as required.

Evaluate, monitor and coach the quality of delivery of Job Instruction from production SMEs (e.g. JI instructors) to associates.

To take part in the periodic assessment of associate compliance in areas within span of control.

To coach others in the drafting of JBS for new or old jobs ensuring guidelines are adhered to.

Prepare redlined or marked up JBS for routing to change process.

Verify the effectiveness of JBS via stress test prior to routing to change process.

As required draft and revise the JBS for new or old jobs ensuring guidelines are adhered to.

Maintain training reports (training matrixes, qualification reports, general matrix etc)

Maintain training records of designated areas

Attend meetings of his/her designated area

Direct contact with production and engineering areas in relation to anticipated changes to production needs

Act as trainer during new hire orientation for – generals (e.g. GDP, gowning etc.).

Performs other duties as required.

Education & Experience:

Minimum Education:

Finished High school.  (Preferably)

Minimum Experience:

3 Years in regulated manufacturing environment.

Multiple certifications across breadth designated area for this position

Training experience desirable

Supervisory experience desirable

Knowledge & Skills:

Special Skills:

Certification on General Documents

Skills to handle PC (Word, Excel, Power Point) basic level.

Specialized Knowledge:

Prior knowledge of key process technologies and products for mfg. areas within scope of this role a strong advantage

Preferred personal characteristics; willingness to learn, adaptability and flexibility, caring and concern for others, patience, persistence, taking responsibility, confidence and questioning nature.
