Lead the coordination, follow-up, and execution of trials for the purpose of improving crop performance and process efficiency, as well as evaluating New Product Introductions.Capture all relevant metrics and communicate findings to support team decision-making.Support the Production Team with upscaling and implementing New Processes & New Product Introductions (NPI).Design technical production protocols & technical planning parameters related to the crop species in scope.Manage the evaluation of all New Product Introductions across the farm, deliver accurate reports, and facilitate decision-making and project conclusions.Design and coordinate internal technical trials and assure they are executed according to the written protocols.Manage and monitor daily activities for technical trialing (e.g., trial setup, crop culture, chemical applications, data collection, profiles, quality standards, etc.).

Qualifications
Agronomy background and field experience preferred.Bilingual in Spanish preferred.Excel, Power Point, Smartsheet, and/or Power BI knowledge is a plus.
