Job Requirements of the Tool Engineer:

BS or MS degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or similar3+ years of industry experienceFamiliarity with at least one front-end framework (e.g., React, Vue.js, or Angular).Experience in backend development, proficient in PHP, Node.js and the Laravel framework.Familiarity with MySQL database design and optimization.Proficiency in designing and developing RESTful APIsExperience with Agile development is preferred.Work with minimum supervision Ability to anticipate problems proactively and take appropriate actions to mitigate impactGood communication in both Chinese and EnglishFlexible and resilient, comfortable with ambiguity, adaptable to a rapidly-change environment and open to new concepts and/or processesGood problem-solving skills

Key Responsibilities of the Tool Engineer:

Design and develop efficient, reliable web tools to meet user needsCollaborate with product managers and designers to understand requirements and translate them into technical specifications.Write high-quality, maintainable code and conduct unit and integration testing.Optimize the performance and user experience of existing tools.Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality and consistency.Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues and challenges during development.Continuously learn and apply the latest web technologies and development tools.
