Temp-to-Hire position$14.00 /hourFull Time work availableFirst Shift (Monday through Friday from 07:00am to 03:30pm)Assemble wire harnesses according to specifications and blueprints.Operate and maintain assembly equipment to ensure efficient production.Inspect and test completed wire harnesses for quality assurance.Package and label finished products for shipping.Adhere to safety and operational guidelines at all times.Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of tools and workstations.Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production goals and deadlines.Assist in inventory management and materials handling.Report any equipment malfunctions or production issues to supervisors.Production - Wire Harness Assembly Qualifications:
Previous experience in manufacturing or assembly, preferably in wire harness production, is a plus but not required.Ability to read and understand technical drawings and work instructions.Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment.Basic math and measurement skills. Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.Applicant may be subject to a background checkPre-employment drug screen (Excluding THC) is required as a condition of employment*A conviction record will not necessarily prevent you from being employed.
