**Production Technician - Poway - 1st & 2nd Shift** **Job Description** We are seeking motivated and team-oriented individuals to join our production department. We welcome both entry-level and experienced candidates to contribute to our advanced technology and high-reliability printed circuit board manufacturing. **Responsibilities** + Operate machines for coating film and applying images to PCBs in a semi-clean room environment. + Use laser drill machines and CNCs for mechanical processing and conduct visual inspections of parts. + Perform plating processes with chemicals, requiring adherence to safety protocols including wearing specific uniforms. + Utilize microscopes or magnifying glasses for inspection tasks. + Lift or push carts up to 20 pounds as needed. **Essential Skills** + Ability to set up, operate, and maintain manufacturing equipment. + Basic visual inspection skills. + Strong communication skills, both oral and written. + Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations. + High school diploma or equivalent. + U.S. Citizenship, Permanent Resident, or Refugee Status required. **Why Work Here?** We offer comprehensive benefits including Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance, a 401(k) Program, and company-sponsored life and long-term disability insurance.
