IQ Resource Group is hiring Production workers for a leading production facility in Clara City, MN! Blending Operator, Dispensing Operator, Bulk Pack, Utility, Material Handler, QA Tech Schedule:  1st shift: 6:00am-6:00pm with rotating schedule 2nd shift: 6:00pm-6:00am Split Shift: 12:00am-12:00pm- Material Handler only Pay: Production- $17.00 an hour! Material Handler- $20.00 an hour! QA Tech- $18 an hour!

Responsibilities:

Perform all packaging line duties. Be able to rotate into various line positions when needed. Report production and quality issues to supervisor. Review with prior shift operator about state of production. Review prior shift labels. Maintain daily sanitation. Ensure bags are stacked orderly.

Requirements:

It becomes very hot in the production area, would need to be able to work in the heat. Steel Toe Shoes. Forklift Certified highly preferred. Lifting 50-55 pounds. Must be willing to cross-train and help others during down time.
