Our client, a leader in the manufacturing industry, is seeking a Production Worker to join their team. As a Production Worker, you will be part of the operations team supporting the production line. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent teamwork skills, and a proactive attitude which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Production Worker

Location: Franklin, MA

Pay Range: $21.85 per hour

What's the Job?

Use various tools to assemble electronic products and components Ensure quality control standards are met throughout the production process Read blueprints and schematics for proper assembly Maintain a clean and organized work environment Collaborate with team members to meet production goals

What's Needed?

1 plus years in a production role using various tools Ability to work the 3rd shift from 10:45 PM to 7:15 AM Strong communication skills to effectively work with team members Willingness to adhere to safety protocols and guidelines Flexibility to work on Sundays through Thursdays
