**Hiring Machine Operators** **Location:** Denver, Colorado **Shift Options & Pay:** + 1st Shift (6:00am – 2:30pm): $21/hr + 2nd Shift (2:00pm – 10:30pm): $21.50/hr + 3rd Shift (10:00pm – 6:30am): $22.00/hr **Position Overview:** We are seeking dedicated Machine Operators to join our production team. This role is essential to the manufacturing process and involves operating machinery, performing quality checks, and packaging finished products. **Key Responsibilities:** + Operate production machinery to manufacture stainless steel clamps (up to 2 machines at a time) + Feed raw materials into machines and monitor output + Conduct quality checks and report any defects or breakdowns + Make minor mechanical adjustments to machines as needed + Package and label finished products + Select appropriate tools and parts for daily machine setup **Requirements:** + Minimum 6 months in a manufacturing/production environment + Comfortable standing in one place for extended periods + Ability to perform repetitive tasks with attention to detail + Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic **Why Join Band-It?** + Competitive pay with shift differentials + Hands-on training and growth opportunities + Be part of a team that builds essential products for critical industries **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $20.25 - $23.00/hr.
