Position: Production Worker
Location: Henderson, KY
Hourly Rate: $23.95/hr
Shift: Must be able to work all 3 shifts

While reporting to the Shift Supervisor, a Production Worker is responsible for the safe operation of production equipment using standard operating procedures. Responsibilities include providing assistance in various areas of our manufacturing process as directed. Strive to meet plant goals and customer requirements. Safety is the top priority of every employee.

What you'll be doing:

Fills a variety of roles on the production line as neededSets up, operates, and maintains production equipment or machineryPrepares, inspects, or measures raw materialsChecks components for compliance with tolerances or specifications; may perform finish workPackages, stores, and ships completed goodsMay provide training or guidance to new production workers

Performs work under general supervision.Handles moderately complex issues and problems and refers more complex issues to higher-level staffPossesses solid working knowledge of subject matterMay provide leadership, coaching, and/or mentoring to subordinate groupTypically requires a high school diploma and 2 to 4 years of experience
