Priority Personnel is hiring a Production Worker for a manufacturing company located in San Marcos, TX. 

Pay rate: $17/hour, plus $1/hr for shift differential 

Work Schedule: Mon-Fri/6:00am-2:30pm (1st shift) or Mon-Fri/2:00pm-10:30pm (2nd shift)

Job Duties:

Set up and operate machinery to manufacture complex products and customized bundles per work orders. Accurately record all necessary information needed for traceability and inventory control. Perform routine maintenance and maintain proper adjustment of machinery. Replace worn parts and lubricate machines as needed. Monitor inventory levels of raw materials and notify Inventory Control of low levels or defective materials. Movement of raw and finished materials, manually lifting up to 50 pounds or using forklift when necessary. Regularly review and remain current on Operating Procedures, Quality Procedures and Manufacturing Specifications regarding the wrapping process. Maintain a clean and safe working area using LEAN Manufacturing principals Work in a Team environment

Qualifications:

Previous manufacturing experience required Education High school diploma or equivalent. Experience or training in forklift operation. Experienced in the use of hand tools and machinery.
