**Job Title: Production Worker** **Job Description** Seeking a diligent Production Worker to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for moving products, lifting and counting pouches, and placing them into 5-gallon totes. This role requires accurately counting various pouches and bags, allocating them to the correct totes, and maintaining an accurate tally. The position demands standing, walking, and using hands frequently, with occasional kneeling, crouching, and lifting **Hard Skills** + Mixing + Moving + Blending **Soft Skills** + Attention to detail + Physical endurance + Time management **Job Type** This is a Contract-to-Hire position with a duration of 4 Month(s). **Work Site** This is a fully on-site position in St. Louis, Missouri. **Work Environment** The position operates in a production environment where packaging machines run continuously. The work setting is dusty and requires handling the fast-paced nature of the facility. Day shifts are from 7am to 5:30pm, Monday through Thursday, with potential overtime on Fridays.
