Successful Production Workers ensure that production requirements and standards are met consistently and are able to identify opportunities to enhance production efficiencies without compromising quality. As a Production Worker you must be willing to work multiple shifts, weekends, and overtime in our heavy industrial environment. Applicants must pass written tests to verify reading & math skills and electrical & mechanical aptitude. Essential Functions: + Operate both small and large mobile equipment + Operate cranes using a remote radio control box or in an overhead cab + Work with a team in the various facilities to produce world class plate products.
