Production Worker
Adecco is seeking a **Production Worker** to join our client’s team in **De Pere, WI!** This role involves hands-on work in a fast-paced environment, sorting and preparing recycled materials for further processing. **Work Schedule:** Monday - Friday, 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM **Top reasons to work with Adecco:** + Competitive weekly pay: $16.00 per hour + Upskilling opportunities through the Adecco Aspire Academy + Dedicated onboarding specialist to guide you from offer to your first day. **Qualifications:** + High school diploma or GED required + Ability to lift 50 lbs. consistently + Willingness to learn and work independently. + Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality. + Excellent communication and teamwork skills. + Ability to work overtime, weekends, and holidays as needed. **Responsibilities:** + Prioritize safety by following all safety guidelines and participating in safety training. + Accurately sort and prepare recycled materials, removing contaminants and ensuring quality standards. + Lift heavy loads, stand for extended periods, and perform repetitive tasks. + Collaborate with team members to achieve production goals and maintain a clean, organized workspace. **Pay Details:** $16.00 per hour Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
