Job DescriptionSeeking qualified candidates with previous manufacturing, industrial, assembly, or construction experience.Open to varying levels of experience, candidate should consider themselves as mechanically inclined and have a strong wiliness to learn new skills.Will be working in the molds and waxing department assembling wax molds to make various versions of productsLift various items intermittently, with assistance provided for weights exceeding 35 pounds.Operate computer equipment and precision measuring instruments.Clean work areas and maintain a clean work environmentAssemble wax patterns using various skills outlined below.Refer to work instructions, identification, and machine stock areas to prevent under or overworking patterns.Perform Apply, Rub Down, Final Assembly processes.Apply wax to acceptable Product Criteria limits.Inspect items before moving them forwardShift: Currently Hiring for Weekend Shifts: Friday – Sunday Days, 6:00am – 6:00pm (paid out for 40 hours)Nights, 6:00pm – 6:00am (paid out for 40 hours)Able to work overtime during the week, once fully trained.Currently have limited openings across other shift times but may be able to hire for the following shifts. 6:00pm - 4:00am (Monday - Thursday)3:00pm - 11:00pm ( Monday - Friday)11:00pm - 7:00am (Monday - Friday)Additional Information:This is a Direct Placement position!This position does require minimum education of a High School Diploma or GEDWe are currently hiring for January 2025!Compensation Information:This is for an hourly production position the hourly pay starts at $19.48/hr- Pay will increase to $21.50 in 2025The Salary Range listed is based on the annual salary for the pay rate range.Pay and Benefits
