Start your new career as a Production Worker with MAU at our client in Pendleton, SC. As a Production Worker, you will operate soil machines and perform general labor duties.
What We Offer $16 per hour 1st shift, Monday – Thursday, 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM Health benefits, including telehealth medical services Opportunity for advancement Referral program What We’re Looking For High school diploma or GED 1 – 2+ years of manufacturing experience in an industrial plant preferred Experience with forklift operation preferred Reliable transportation Proficient communication skills, both verbal and written Organizational skills Strong customer focus Ability to establish plans and set clear, measurable goals, anticipating roadblocks and adjusting for problems Strong execution skills Challenge the status quo to eliminate non-value-added work and continuously improve processes Ability to use sound judgment and take tough decisions quickly Ability to stand, bend, stoop, push, and pull for prolonged periods Ability to lift 50+ pounds What You’ll Do as a Production Worker Ensure the soil production line raw materials bins/hoppers remained filled at all times Transport raw materials from indoor storage piles to soil production line bins/hoppers Maintain neat piles and maximize the use of space Move packaging and raw materials supplies to soil production areas Palletize the product to be shrink-wrapped Haul wrapped products to storage areas Ensure material tanks have sufficient solutions for production at all times Maintain a clean and safe workspace by cleaning all material spilled on, or around, raw materials bins and hoppers Organize finished products in the storage area to maximize space and efficiency Perform other tasks as assigned
