Job Description

The Production Worker is responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient manufacturing of products by adhering to documented procedures, equipment operation guidelines, and safety protocols. This role supports the company’s quality system and contributes to maintaining a clean and organized work environment. Great Benefits after 30 days!

Roles & Responsibilities:

Read and follow written instructions and control plans accurately.Maintain cleanliness and housekeeping of the assigned work area.Operate forklifts in a safe and responsible manner.Pack products in accordance with instructions outlined in control plans.Pull product samples as directed by control plans.Feed materials into mills as per control plans.Perform additional tasks as assigned by management.


Work Experience
Ability to fluently read and write in English.Demonstrated ability to learn tasks through on-the-job training.High school diploma or GED is preferred.
