Location: Hartwell, GA
Position: Production Worker
Shift: 2nd- 3:30pm - 12:00am Monday-Friday *overtime and Saturdays may be required.  Some training will be on first shift but eventually moved to second shift.
Wage: $18.36 hr. $0.75 shift premium for 2nd shift.  Wage could be up to $20.35 based on skills and experience.

Reporting directly to the Shift Manager, as a Production Worker, you will be responsible for the safe operation of production equipment using standard operating procedures. Responsibilities include providing assistance in various areas of our manufacturing process as directed. Strive to meet plant goals and customer requirements. Safety is the top priority of every employee.

What you will be doing:

Gather, bundle and stack fiberboard partitions and check glue. Take strips from stripper and fill the hoppers. Bundles weigh approximately 8-40 lbs.Must keep hoppers filled to the proper height.Will catch partitions at the front or side in neat, predetermined quantities.Will stack bundles correctly on pallets to meet customer orders and specifications. Must watch for quality of partitions being manufactured and be able to measure to specifications.Keep are clean and orderly to remain a safe area.
