OVERVIEW/GENERAL PURPOSE OF THE POSITION The Production Worker is an entry level position in the Production department. The production worker will learn all product manufacturing, gaining proficiency in manufacturing and the shown proficiency in the job functions will result in moving to the next level. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following, other duties may be assigned by manager: * Prepares saplings, drying, cutting & steaming. * Uses production equipment to prepare raw materials & components. * Laminates lumber as necessary. * Finishes walking sticks & canes by either spray or dip application. * Maintains a clean & safe work area. * Follows all company safety guidelines, policies and procedures while completing all training required.
