Job Title: Production Worker
Job Description

We are currently hiring production workers across all shifts and multiple departments. This role offers great room for advancement, ample training, and excellent benefits starting on your first day.

ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with team members in a physical role that involves consistent lifting, kneeling, and crouching.Assist the operator with checking product quality, monitoring production, and ensuring KPIs are met.Work off a bill of materials, assembly drawings, or verbal instructions.Use a computer to make adjustments to pressures, dimensions, and cut sizes.Lay out the final product and perform final assembly.Perform inspections on products to ensure quality.Use hand tools and power tools, and work off blueprints to manufacture products based on work orders.Maintain a clean and organized work station following safety regulations.Meet daily production goals and contribute to a collaborative work environment.Essential SkillsExperience using hand and power tools.Ability to follow verbal and written instructions.Comfortable working in a collaborative setting.One year of machine operating experience.Comfortable working in a fast-paced setting.Additional Skills & QualificationsTrade school experience.Automotive experience.Assembly experience.Blueprint reading skills.Why Work Here?

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of South Deerfield, Massachusetts.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $21.70 - $27.20/hr.
