**Job Title: Production Worker** **Job Description** We are seeking dedicated and motivated Production Workers to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the proper assembly and production of battery parts. This position offers a unique opportunity to be part of a growing company with the potential for career advancement and long-term employment. **Responsibilities** + Stand on the battery line and ensure batteries are filled properly with the correct fluids. + Put parts into machines for battery assembly, requiring standing for long periods. + Lift battery packs weighing up to 80 lbs with assistance and operate a small crane to maneuver batteries. + Visually inspect parts going through the machine and occasionally push buttons to move parts to the next station. + Input data into the computer and log data on sheets as required. + Cross-train in all areas of the plant over time. + Eventually train on forklift and overhead crane for shipping area responsibilities. **Essential Skills** + 1 year of assembly experience (preferred) + 1 year of manufacturing or production experience (preferred) + 1 year of warehouse experience (preferred) **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience in assembly line, production, and machine operation + Ability to stand on feet for long periods + Ability to lift up to 80 lbs with assistance + Basic computer skills for data entry **Why Work Here?** This position offers a competitive wage with opportunities for overtime.
