**Job Title: Production Worker** **Job Description** Candidates will be working in Kent, performing a variety of tasks including machine operation, forklift use, and packing bags of materials for shipment. Candidates must be flexible to help out wherever needed, capable of lifting 50-75 pounds, and comfortable working in cold environments. **Responsibilities** + Operate various machines as required for production. + Utilize sit down forklifts for material handling. + Pack materials into bags for shipment. + Assist in various general labor tasks as needed. + Maintain a clean and safe working environment. + Be adaptable to perform tasks in different areas as needed. **Essential Skills** + Experience working in a production or manufacturing environment. + Ability to lift up to 75 lbs. repeatedly. + Capability to be on feet for 10-12 hours a day. + General labor and machine operation skills. + Experience with forklifts (preferred). **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Forklift experience is preferred and a plus. + Flexibility to work in various environments including indoor and outdoor settings. **Why Work Here?** Enjoy being part of a strong team environment where the company takes care of its people. Forklifts are constantly moving throughout the facilities to load equipment, and there is a constant loud hum of machines feeding bags with different materials. The facility in Kent is primarily indoors, though there are elements of both indoor and outdoor work. **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract to Hire position based out of KENT, Washington. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $22.00/hr.
