**Job Title: Production Worker** **Job Description** We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Production Worker to join our team. This role involves loading powdered milk into hoppers, folding and storing cardboard slip-sheets, and managing pallets. You will be responsible for inspecting products, performing cleaning procedures, and maintaining a neat and orderly work area. The role also includes operating machinery, recording documentation, and ensuring compliance with corporate and regulatory quality and sanitation requirements. **Responsibilities** + Load powdered milk into hopper. + Fold and put away cardboard slip-sheets. + Remove and stack all pallets in a separate pile. + Inspect product for foreign material and imperfections; segregate suspect product and report to Quality Assurance if necessary. + Perform cleaning procedures as per manufacturer's suggestions. + Maintain work areas in a neat and orderly fashion, including the entire corrugated warehouse. + Operate all powder milk machinery in accordance with manufacturer's suggestions and perform inspections of the dust collector, including emptying the collector after every silo. + Accurately record all documentation of Lot Numbers of powdered milk used in the silo fortification record (both hand-written and computer). + Properly add and remove information in the SAP program. + Rotate stock in accordance with FIFO (first in-first out). + Scan packages into SAP. + Communicate all downtime to the appropriate personnel. + Assist in other production areas as required. + Minimize water usage and the generation of wastewater within the scope of the position. + Minimize excessive chemical use. + Follow all GMPs and work in a manner consistent with corporate and regulatory quality and sanitation requirements. + Perform related duties as required. **Essential Skills** + High school diploma or GED. + Ability to use simple writing, math, and follow instructions. + Data entry skills. + General computer knowledge. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience in production work, powder coating, and general labor. + Ability to work all shifts and weekends. **Why Work Here?** We offer a supportive and dynamic work environment where you can grow your skills and advance your career.
