**Job Title: Production Worker** **Job Description** General labor duties that may include but are not limited to sweeping, shoveling, and general clean-up of the warehouse and/or operating a forklift throughout the yard and warehouse. Assisting the warehouse associate with weighing, sorting, and moving material, including general duties involving physical handling of materials, and inspecting incoming scrap, Willingness to cross-train in other positions and assist other employees as needed. Other duties as assigned by your manager. **Essential Skills** + General labor experience in heavy manufacturing environments and warehouses, preferably in the scrap metal or construction industries. + Ability to work in a fast-paced, non-stop outdoor environment while providing excellent customer service. + Ability to work standing or walking for up to 12 hours per day. + Adaptability to frequent changes of priority and ability to complete job tasks safely and effectively without constant supervision. + Dependability and consistency in meeting attendance schedules. + Ability to lift up to 50 pounds. + Ability to stand and walk for the majority of the day. + Ability to work in extreme heat and be exposed to weather. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Ability to operate a forklift is a plus. **Work Environment** 6p-6a + potential weekends due to production. **Job Type & Location** This is a Permanent position **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $30264.00 - $30264.00/yr.
