Miller Brother Staffing is in need of full time Production Operator for a manufacturing company based in Cochranton PA

Position: Production 
Pay: $14.00 - $16, base rate plus Incentive
Shift: Monday-Friday 6am-4pm

Summary: Our client located in Cochranton, PA, is looking for full-time, entry- mid level Production Worker / Bundler candidates. We are seeking candidates that have one or more years of manufacturing industrial experience and are willing to move up into various production positions and have good basic mechanical aptitude

Responsibilities Include:

Working with hand and/or power equipment in a manufacturing setting Ensuring proper safety procedures are followed Operating packing, banding and other production equipment Other duties as assigned by management

Required skills/abilities:

1+ years industrial experience strongly preferred Good work history Proven mechanical aptitude needed for these positions Work well with others & team oriented Attention to detail, dependability, professionalism and a great work ethic are required for these positions. Experience in metal fabrication or power hand tools, preferred Forklift experience a plus but not necessary 

Physical Requirements:

Must regularly lift and/or move up to 20 pounds. Must be able to walk or stand at least 85% of shift.

Personal Protective Equipment:

Steel Toed Boots are Required
