**Job Title: General Laborer - Graveyard** **Job Description** We are looking for dedicated and hardworking individuals to join our team as General Laborers. This role involves various tasks, including grinding metal parts, inspecting for cracks, and performing general labor activities as needed. The position requires standing for long periods and wearing a respirator throughout the shift. **Responsibilities** + Operate grinders to perform inspection grinding, finish grinding, spot grinding, and all-over grinding + Ensure metal parts are free of cracks and defects + Perform additional general labor activities as needed + Lift, push, and pull heavy objects (75-100 lbs) frequently + Adhere to safety protocols and wear appropriate protective equipment **Essential Skills** + Experience with heavy lifting + Familiarity with grinders and manufacturing processes + Ability to operate machinery and handle metals + Basic math skills (addition, subtraction) + Ability to read a tape measure **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience in construction or machine operation + Knowledge of production and labor processes **Why Work Here?** We offer opportunities across multiple shifts, providing flexibility and room for growth. It is described as 'Hot, Heavy, Loud, Dusty, Dirty, and Smelly.' Shifts available include days (7am - 3:30pm), swing (3pm - 11:30pm), and grave (11pm - 7:30am). **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Reno, Nevada.
