**Job Title: Production Worker (Main Building)** **Job Description** We are currently hiring for general production workers at our main facility in Red Lion, PA. Candidates will use hand tools and a tape measure to follow work instructions and assemble various components of flooring and drop ceiling products. All lifting will be done as a team, but candidates should be comfortable lifting up to 40-45 lbs on their own a handful of times per shift. There is also an opportunity to train on machinery or learn how to weld. 1st Shift 6:00 AM - 2:20 PM (working about 1-2 hours of overtime per day) 2nd Shift 2:00 PM - 10:20 PM (working about 1-2 hours of overtime per day) 3rd shift 10:00pm-6:20am (working about 1-2 hours of overtime per day) **Hard Skills** + Ability to read, write, and follow oral and written instructions + Ability to lift up to 40-50 lbs repetitively unassisted for an 8-hour shift + Use of various tools and measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, tape measure, dial indicator, and feeler gauges + Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, and crouch for an 8-hour shift + Handling machinery, equipment or parts near moving mechanical parts **Soft Skills** + Ability to interface with a diverse workforce + Good housekeeping and adherence to safety procedures + Accurate production reporting and quality paperwork + Awareness of quality, safety, environmental, and product compliance policies **Work Site** This is a fully on-site position in Red Lion, Pennsylvania. **About Aerotek:** We know that finding work is hard, and finding meaningful work is harder.
