**Production Worker - Swing Shift**
**Job Description**
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented production worker to be our Cartridge Filler for our swing shift. The ideal candidate will be responsible for dispensing materials accurately, maintaining storage conditions, and participating in operational improvements.
**Responsibilities**
+ Dispense the correct amount of materials by weight into 6 oz. and 20 oz. barrier style cartridge kits or buckets based on customer requirements.
+ Use a digital scale to measure predetermined weights in grams.
+ Maintain the correct storage conditions for materials used in 2-part epoxy combinations.
+ Utilize FIFO (First In, First Out) for inventory cartridge kits.
+ Use a drum oven to heat materials, reducing the viscosity for ease of dispensing.
+ Maintain traceability of raw materials.
+ Actively participate in operational improvement activities.
+ Cross train or transfer to other departments as needed.
+ Complete other tasks as needed with flexibility being key.
**Essential Skills**
+ Experience in production, packaging, and general labor.
+ Sincere desire to work and ability to work independently or with a team to complete tasks in a timely manner.
+ 2+ years of relevant, steady work history, with manufacturing experience being a plus.
+ Good basic math skills and ability to read/write English proficiently.
+ Legible handwriting/printing.
+ Ability to balance multiple tasks/priorities.
+ Willingness to work overtime as needed.

**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $21.25 - $21.25/hr.
