Job title: Productivity Assistant
Wolfram, creator of Mathematica, Wolfram|Alpha and Wolfram Language, is looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Productivity Assistant to support the office of the CEO. The Productivity Assistant will work with internal team members to manage a list of statuses and priorities for the CEO's active projects, organize and improve existing computer archives and databases, and perform other administrative tasks to support the work and efforts of the Executive Productivity Manager and our CEO, Stephen Wolfram. This position requires a great attention to detail and the initiative to work individually. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, working behind the scenes on the frontiers of science and technology.
A clear background check will be required for this role.
Responsibilities
+ Maintaining comprehensive statuses and priorities for the CEO's projects
+ Organizing travel and accommodations for the CEO
+ Coordinating external appointments for the CEO
+ Monitoring and triaging external mailing lists for the CEO
+ Performing clerical tasks such as answering phones and responding to emails
+ Performing requested research tasks for the CEO
+ Creating and maintaining computer archives and databases
+ Performing other administrative tasks as requested
Qualifications
+ Proficiency in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
+ High level of initiative
+ Superb organizational skills
+ Technical aptitude
+ Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information
+ Ability to handle multiple projects and tasks simultaneously while working independently
+ Ability to use (or willingness to learn) Wolfram Language
+ Ability to respond to inquiries nights/weekends
Location: Fully remote and seeking candidates from Argentina, Chile, Colombia, Ecuador, Mexico and Peru
Job type: Full time (40 hours per week)/Independent Contractor
