You make in depth analysis to enable the Productivity Lead to take better and faster decisions. You work with the Productivity Lead to populate the cost & quality trackers to make the best out of it. You are in day-to-day contact with the experts teams to explain procedures, collect data, and ensure a seamless flow. You guard the productivity objectives of our clients. You understand and master their methodologies. You guide the expert’s teams to deliver on these objectives. You challenge results and imposed guidelines. You follow a defined process to coordinate all parties and to make everyone involved to deliver effective work to meet or exceed KPI's. Key Responsibilities: You know and understand the evolutions of the media market and applies this knowledge to guide KPI analysis & recommendations. You have an eagle's eye for detail and are very analytical while always keeping the big picture perfectly coherent. You take the necessary initiatives to optimize campaign results (together with the Experts team / with the vendors) You seek to outsmart audits and exceed financial objectives. Your technical knowledge and knowhow is recognized by experts, auditors, and clients. You have a strong understanding of figures, an advanced knowledge of Excel and a result-driven approach. You work closely with Finance department & expert/trading & planning departments. **Qualifications** Minimum Qualifications: Proficient in Dutch, French and English reading, and writing Expertise in both offline and online media 3-5 years within an agency or media company Ability to navigate complex client needs as well as internal agency dynamics. Acknowledge and commit to comply with our internal procedures intending to prevent bribery and corruption.
