Job Description:
Are you an experienced Business Systems Analyst who enjoys working directly with clients and you have a project management mindset? Join our team as a Professional, Business Systems Analyst reporting to the Manager of Client Delivery for CoreLogic Solutions. You will work closely with new or existing clients who are expanding their CoreLogic product offering and are building integrations with us. You will also help to onboard them by using your great project management skills ensuring deliverables and timelines are met and bugs and issues are resolved.
Responsibilities include:
· Receive or identify problems, research alternatives, prepare presentations, and perform testing.
· Participate in identifying business system requirements and related business/application solutions.
· Gather customer requirements for customized system solutions and provide alternative solutions.
· Train and support clients directly.
· Create documentation of business processes, training procedures, and standard operating procedures.

Job Qualifications:
· BS Degree or equivalent work experience.
· Must have a minimum of 2 years of directly related Business Systems Analyst experience.
· Mortgage or real estate industry experience preferred.
· Has knowledge of general business environment/operation and has general cost benefit awareness.
· Solid working knowledge of standard features/functions of one or more application to field, analyze and resolve customer issues/problems.
· Requires project management skills to implement system alignment with business processes.
· Good written and oral communication skills in order to define parameters to meet business requirements.
· Proficient with MS Office Suite applications.
· Knowledge of XML, JSON, API Integrations, SQL, and Database principles is required.
· Experience using ClickUP or similar applications and Postman highly desired.
