Position Summary:

Responsible for daily Reports, XML and electronic data interchange (EDI) operations of an organization. Provides support for Reports, XML and EDI database analysis, design, and operations. Establishes and maintains communications within organization and with partners. Conducts and manages product evaluations. Provides product installation, configuration, and training. Performs systems maintenance to update records, specifications, and operating procedures of partner systems. Maintains EDI account transaction activities.

General proficiency with various tools, systems, and procedures required to accomplish the job. May need to consult with Senior/Specialist staff members on some technical issues. A four year college degree (or additional experience in a related field) and 3 years functional experience including a minimum 1 year position specific experience.

Job Qualifications and Educational Requirement

Graduate of any IT Related 4- or 5-year course.At least four years’ experience in application, development, or server administration coupled with intermediate knowledge about Seeburger BIS Front End, Seeburger Message Tracker, Seeburger Mapping Designer, Seeburger Process Designer, and Middleware technologies that support AS2, HTTP, RNIF, SFTP, and SAP connectivity.Proficient in Messaging concepts and standards like B2B, ANSI X12, EDIFACT, XML,Familiar with SQL commands, Web service and API concepts.Excellent with MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).Strong attention to detail is required.Strong ability to spot and resolve gray areas, and edge and corner cases is required.Strong ability to anticipate implicit business requirements is required.Intermediate knowledge in both Windows and UNIX/Linux Server Administration.Intermediate Server Log Analysis skills.Intermediate knowledge in using tools such as ServiceNowIntermediate knowledge in ITIL foundationsServer Performance Tuning and Analysis.
