This is a role from HSBC account. We are hiring a Project Manager that will support the project delivery in our client (Sri Lanka) portfolio.

What this job involves:

Responsible for the creation of the capital plan in the market.Development of scope of work based on client request.Support the procurement process on vendor selections.Responsible for the project finance, including supports on the issuance and tracking on PO/invoicing.Monitor vendor’s productivity and efficiency to ensure work completed within established budgets and schedules and committed quality.Management of project risk.Regular progress reporting against project planEnsuring that all materials used, and work performed are as per specificationsOverall supervision of project safely, security and quality of all type work.Support client initiatives instructed by regional team.Coordination with / Management of client, consultant, vendors and JLL internal stakeholders.

Requirement:

Degree in engineering/construction management/project management or any relevant subjectMinimum 5 years experience in engineering/construction management/project management/ program management industry with proven record.Knowledge standard project delivery process, from project initiation to closeout.Ability on work independently and strong problem solving skills.Negotiation and organization skillsAbility to learn and use the system by client and JLL.Proficiency in written and spoken English and local language.
