Overall responsible for the Project Management Program across the region. Provide remote guidance and companion to FMs in minor project execution per methodology established. Major involvement for IFM projects identified as complex.

These responsibilities and accountabilities ensure compliance with approved SOPs for each service provided. If IFM member identifies discrepancies between SOP implementation and coherent applicability, must escalate issue to update or implement local variances in SOP.
Volume 1: Account Management

Provide visibility of opportunities in processes and programs for improvements.Assist account teams in the design, development and implementation of procedures, programs and technology. Proactively bring functional expertise to account team.General Management
Support the annual Tier One level and country/site level Strategic Plan based on the IFM Global and Regional Strategic Plans defined by RE&F.Support annual strategic analysis of the portfolio´s strengths and weaknesses and recommend viable improvement opportunities to maintain areas of strength and enhance areas of weakness. Analysis shall include, but not be limited to, issues such as asset conditions, fiscal constraints, industry trends, new business requirements and anticipated changes within the portfolio business use mix.Ensure, maintain and improve standard operating procedures (SOPs) for all contracted services are set for the account at site level.Participate in and respond to Satisfaction Surveys processes implemented by RE&F, as required.Ensure all work stated in this SOW and Master agreement is to be completed in compliance with all governing laws, codes and regulations, MS Environmental health and Safety (EH&S), IT requirements and in full compliance with MS Insurance requirements. Ensure compliance with MS standardized processes, policies and procedures by all parties executing services on behalf of MS.All work shall be performed in full compliance with MS insurance requirements.Reporting
Report and coordinate with RE&F to identify and develop reporting requirements (protocols) to cover operations, financial performance including detailed variance to budget and forecast analysis, outstanding issues and accomplishments, life cycle status, trend analysis, asset management activity, and customer service satisfaction. RE&F will define, in coordination with Tier One Partner, reporting requirements.Maintain back-up data to quantify the summary reporting.Sourcing & Procurement

Continuously identify ways in which service can be improved and value for money can be enhanced. Provide relevant information to ensure KPI´s compliance quarterly basis (assuring at least 4 grade in projects score, but not limited).Ensure compliance with budget, schedule and scope with no business interruption maximizing end user and client satisfaction.Direct responsible for projects with high complexity.Provide and/or retain all services necessary to satisfactorily accomplish all stages of infrastructure renewal projects.Performance expectations include project planning, prior approval for execution, engagement process with all appropriate stakeholders in a planned and timely manner, and achieving agreed upon scope/budget/schedule.Schedule and conduct kick off meetings with Tier Two providers when necessary to assure complete understanding by all stakeholders of scope, schedule, budget, communications, safety, employee and customer experience, requirements, etc.Manage and identify risk in order to ensure building system, IT / Security or equipment failures (to include audio visual equipment) do not impede critical business operations or compromise the utility of work environments. Academic Background:
