What this job involves:

Key Roles & Responsibilities

Provide a comprehensive Mall Management service to ensure that all amenities are resourced and maintained to high-class industry standard.Ensure all services are performed as per Standard Service Specifications.Ensure preparation of Mall management budgets and perform collectionManage the budget efficiently and yield cost savings where possible without compromising quality of service.Maintain site accommodation and services, through contractors and direct labour, in most cost effective way.Ensures occupancy of sites complies with statutory legislation.Ensure quality of staff, appraising and developing them to ensure maximum contribution.Proactive liaison with local municipal authorities.Interviews, selects, hires, supervises and reviews qualified Mall operation and management staffAdvise Commercial team to insure compliance with basic statutory requirements like licenses, permits etc.Ensures that all client deliverables are submitted in a timely manner.Acts as the liaison to local community public interest groupsOversees all vendor biddingEnsures that entire staff maintains a critical eye on all aspects of Mall physical careFormulate strategic directions towards effective management of Ambience Mall operation.Provides suitable business controls & administer policies/ processes / procedures.Formulates suitable budgeting controlsAdvise Commercial team on budgeting (Operational / revenue).Monitor SLA’s & KPI’s towards effective service deliveryReviews / Sanctions annual business plansTimely invoices raised and closed.Marking of attendance self and team on daily basisEnsuring discipline in all respect of verticals within team.Monthly healthy vendor partners meeting and discussion on enhancement/ addition of innovation in services.

You’ll also handle client/tenant queries, attend meetings and coordinate with the local authorities as required.

A seasoned expert

Do you have a diploma or a degree in estate management, retail/lease services, building management or similar courses? Do you have at least five years of experience and expertise in retail management? If you said yes to all these, then you are what we’re looking for.
