Position Summary

1. Secure partner quality by regularly conducting quality evaluation and managing process of partners.
2. Establish management system to monitor quality and changes by building and managing partner quality system.

Role and Responsibilities

1. [Managing a partner quality] Monitor and continuously manage a partner’s manufacturing quality.

2. [Assessing a partner quality] Prepare a regular partner quality assessment.

3. [Utilizing a quality management system] Participate in activities to enable people to use a quality management system.

4. [Process improvement] Identify and analyze a partner’s process improvement activities and establish a strategy to improve a partner’s quality.

5. [Quality post-management] Analyze data to prevent defects from reoccurring by performing post-management activities to improve quality.

Skills and Qualifications

• Develops professional expertise by complying with company policies and procedures

• Works on problems of moderate scope where analyzing situations or data requires a review on various factors

• Exercises judgment within defined procedures and practices to determine appropriate action

• Normally receives general instructions on routine work with detailed instructions on new projects or assignments

• Generally requires a bachelor's degree with a minimum 2 years related experience, or advanced degree without experience
