Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Professional 1, Information Technology to join our team in Biñan, Philippines. This role is crucial in supporting our organization's IT infrastructure and systems, ensuring smooth operations and contributing to our technological advancement.

Collaborate with end users and vendors to understand and execute network connectivity requirements from design to buildAssist in maintaining, troubleshooting, and implementing IT systems, networks, and new technologiesProvide technical support to end-users and contribute to IT documentation and asset managementAnalyze system performance, recommend improvements, and stay updated on emerging technologies and industry trends

QualificationsBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related fieldUnderstanding of network infrastructure and protocolsStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsAbility to work collaboratively in a team environmentStrong written and verbal communication skillsWillingness to learn and adapt to new technologies
