We're seeking someone to join our team as a Associate in Asset Servicing team, which is responsible for managing the timely and accurate processing of all corporate events that take place across the global FID and equity markets, which affect security positions and entitlements held by our clients and proprietary trading desks.


In the Operations division, we partner with business units across the Firm to support financial transactions, devise and implement effective controls and develop client relationships, driving strategic automation solutions by embracing a transformation mindset and challenging the status quo. This is a Team Supervisor position at Director level within Core Services, which is responsible for performing and managing product-agnostic and centralized operational services across several businesses and products.

What you'll do in the role:
Risk and production management of the front to back processes executed in Mumbai.
People management of the Mumbai team focusing on career development, training, succession planning and recruitment
Driving process and technology enhancements to deliver increased STP rates and elimination of root cause within the front to back process.
Client management providing first class service to stakeholders across the Trading desks, Prime Brokerage, Other Operations teams, and Finance.

- 3- 7 Years of experience into corporate actions
- Solid track record working within an operations environment
- Proven management experience. Skills in delegation, organization and people management to ensure the team can work effectively.
- Strong Communication skills
- Proactive Team Player who actively promotes sharing of knowledge
- Prepared to work additional hours to meet deadlines and strong time management skill.
- Approaches all situations with positive outlook, energy and enthusiasm. Is a self-starter who takes individual ownership for work quality and improvement. Leads by examples working with drive and determination.
- Shows initiative and creativity, taking a long-term approach to improvement and resolution of issue.
- Is self-confident, demonstrates integrity and business-appropriate behavior.
- Ability to question a process and promote own ideas and solution.
- Strong organizational skills, to be able to use time well and prioritise tasks effectively.
- Ability to adapt to the changing needs of the department.
- Previous experience of Corporate Actions preferable
