**Job Description:**
Contributes to best-in-class customer and employee experience strategies and conveys best practices and tasks to team members.
Supplies key input and training recommendations for large scale customer-specific projects and processes.
Leverages External Customer/Product Training knowledge and skills related to critical departmental progress of core objectives, and serves as a resource to senior management.
Contributes feedback on critical matters pertaining to the external customer/product training department.
Works cross-functionally with a variety of teams to ensure they are consistently aligned with customer-specific needs and expectations.
Escalates key project status updates to management surrounding critical deadlines for client proposals.
Guides junior colleagues through consultation and mentoring in techniques and processes, and provides functional (matrix) supervision.
Coaches more junior colleagues in techniques, processes and responsibilities.
Understands and applies Johnson & Johnson’s Credo and Leadership Imperatives in day-to-day interactions with team.
