As a Professional Education Manager; Programs & Partnerships, you will play a crucial role in managing all aspects of the existing program and uncovering opportunities for improvement to maximize program effectiveness. You will apply a keen focus on significantly influencing and increasing Dentsply Sirona’s commitment to education via collaboration activities across the customer education and experience team & beyond.  You will provide comprehensive training to all stakeholders on the CA program and provide ongoing support to ensure that our customers maximize the benefits of the CA program.

 

Position Overview:

 

This position will report into the Academy Education Manager and be responsible for the following.

Program development: maximize the effectiveness of the impact the program makes via business development work and collaborative efforts across the organization. Program training: Develop and maintain comprehensive training materials, including manuals, presentations, and other resources needed. Support: Provide assistance and troubleshooting support to reps and customers as needed. Weekly Planning and review program analytics and success metrics. Customer Relationship Management: Build strong relationships with customers & DS internal stakeholder and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction. Stay Updated: Keep abreast of the latest advancements in Dentsply Sirona hardware, software, workflows and products. Expected overnight travel of up to 25%, depending on customers and projects.

Education

 

Bachelor of Science degree preferred.
