**Job Overview**
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented **Professional Education (ProfEd) Coordinator** to support the planning and execution of educational programs and training events. The ideal candidate will have strong administrative and Excel skills, along with experience in event management platforms such as CEvent Cvent. This role is critical to ensuring the seamless delivery of professional education initiatives for healthcare professionals.
**Responsibilities**
**Key Responsibilities**
+ Coordinate the planning, logistics, and execution of professional education events, including in-person, virtual, and hybrid training programs.
+ Manage event registration and attendee tracking using **Cvent** or similar event management tools.
+ Prepare and distribute event materials, including agendas, presentations, and attendee communication.
+ Maintain and update training calendars, ensuring all stakeholders are informed of upcoming programs.
+ Work closely with internal teams (marketing, sales, and clinical teams) to align training activities with business objectives.
+ Manage the budget tracking for local and international events working closely with internal teams (administrators, marketing, sales), vendor coordination, and invoice processing for training events.
+ Compile and analyze event metrics, preparing reports in **Excel** for post-event evaluations.
+ Support faculty and speaker coordination, including travel arrangements and honorarium processing.
+ Ensure compliance with regulatory and company guidelines in all training activities. Responsible for maintaining the transparency reports for profed activities.
+ Manage and oversee educational grant requests, ensuring availability of necessary documentation for Cordis Grant Committee assessments, and that all relevant documents are completed and filed accordingly for future audits. Communicates with grant applicants.
+ Assist with maintaining the profed digital platforms (sharepoint, website, future LMS) are updated in coordination with the profed managers and specialists
**Qualifications**
**Qualifications & Experience**
+ Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Event Management, or a related field preferred.
+ **2+ years of experience** in professional education coordination, training administration, or event management, preferably in the medical device or healthcare industry.
+ Strong proficiency in **Microsoft Excel** (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data analysis) and other Microsoft Office tools.
+ Hands-on experience with **event management software (e.g., Cvent or similar platforms).**
+ Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
+ Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-service mindset.
+ Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
+ Experience with updating a Learning Management Systems (LMS) is a plus.
+ Familiarity with compliance regulations for healthcare training events (e.g., MedTech Europe, AdvaMed) is a plus.
+ Excellent attention to detail and proactive attitude.
